Chile Mission Trip | October 2025

We’re excited to lead a mission trip to Chile, South America in October 2025. Several missionary friends serve there, including Jason & Lori Holt, Tracy Paver, Stephen & Leslie Carrier, and Kyle & Hannah Shreve. The Lord has blessed the ministry there with a network of 14 church plants and a Bible college of about 75 students. During our trip, we will see the need, learn about Chilean missions, participate in outreach and local church ministry, and seek to encourage missionaries and locals.

Trip Details

  • Date: October 20-28, 2025
  • Cost: $1000/person1 + airfare (approx. $1000)2
  • Food: Meals will be a mixture of restaurants, food courts, and meals arranged or prepared by the host missionaries.
  • Transportation: We will travel in-country by van or bus arranged by the host missionaries.
  • Visas: U.S. citizens do not need a visa to enter Chile for less than 90 days. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you must apply for a tourist visa (cost not included in price above).
  • Age Limit: No under-18s will be permitted to go on the trip without a parent or guardian.
  • Details: Details about the country, itinerary, and packing information will be forwarded to trip attendees following registration.
  • Lodging: We will stay in a hotel that is comparable to a mid-level hotel in the US.
  • Group Size: The maximum group size is 20. A minimum of 10 attendees may be required. If the minimum is not reached by April 1st, the trip may be canceled and your deposit refunded.

Trip Deadlines

  • April 31, 2024 – Apply for your passport (if you don’t have one) or renew your passport (if it expires before January 31, 2026).
  • August 1, 2025 – REGISTER and pay3 a $200 non-refundable deposit.
  • August 15, 2025 – Purchase your ticket to Santiago, Chile (confirm details with a trip leader before booking)
  • September 15, 2025 – Pay the final $800 to cover food, transportation, and lodging.
