Matthew’s Banquet Report

We had a good day at both churches.  The Lord really blessed our Matthew’s Banquet last night at Northwest Baptist Church in Derry/Londonderry.

We started the meal at 5.00 PM, and it was great to see some new people come in for the meal.  There are quite a few people that we see every day hanging out on the streets around the church, and it was good to see some of them come in for the meal.  After the meal, Alan Edgar gave his testimony, and God really gave Him the words that we all needed to hear.

Then at 6.30 PM, we had our normal service.  Alan Campbell preached for ten minutes a good, clear gospel message, and then we looked into 1 Timothy 4:1-6 about what things will be like in the last days.

It was a blessing to see everyone working so hard, pitching in, and loving one another.  God blessed us with seven first-time visitors!  It was a great day, and we give all the glory to God!
