October 2019 Update

Updates

Since arriving in America, we have visited churches in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Along the way, we have been able to visit with family and friends. Each one has been such a blessing to us. Some have been supporting us for nearly 17 years!

Two new churches have decided to partner with us! God has always provided exactly what we need, but, as we look to the future, we realize that we need to raise some additional support for new ministry endeavors. Our support level is currently at 70% of what it needs to be before we return to the field. Please make our support a matter of prayer. 

Please continue to pray for the churches in the UK. Pray for Downham Baptist Church and Chris Waye as he leads the church there. Pray for spiritual growth and blessing on that church. Pray for a Biblical Manhood and Womanhood Conference they are hosting this month. 

Also, pray for Northwest Baptist Church and Pastor James Wilson. They have moved out of their rented building and are in a temporary meeting place until the their purchased building is renovated and ready for them to use. They still need about $19,500 to be able to finish all the renovations to the building. For more information, click here.

Our home church is hosting two events this fall and winter that I hope you will consider:

• World Evangelism Fellowship – November 4-5, 2019 – This is a meeting for pastors to meet to discuss what more can be done to reach the world and to hear from various speakers on missions. I would really encourage pastors to make plans to attend this.
• World Evangelism Conference – January 2-4, 2020 – This is a conference for the whole church to learn more about how they can be involved in world evangelism.
