Primary Camp Update
We had a great time at our Primary Camp this year. We left early on Thursday morning and returned today at about 1:30 PM. This was our second year to do Primary Camp. We are finding that many young people make important decisions by the time they are teenagers that impact their future. It is important for them to get extra encouragement to love God and His Word early on in life, so that when they get older they will want to serve the Lord.
At the camp, this year, we studied the life of Paul. Each lesson build on the next step of His life. We looked at his salvation, his three missionary journeys, and then his imprisonments and death. He is truly a great example of a bold, committed Christian who endured persecution, preached the gospel, and had the grace of God at work in his life.
Also during the camp, we had tons of fun that included things like: water fights, relay races, crafts, games, music, capture the flag, castle exploring, nature hikes, cookie baking and decorating, bonfire, and many other fun things (see photos below).
I wanted to say a big “THANKS” to Sam, Kathleen, Teri, Andrew, Jordan, and Hannah for all of their help with the camp this year. We could not have done it without you. You guys are the best!
